Frustration
This week has been a bit frustrating. I haven't been as dedicated to my food plan. I mean I would say I'm about 80% on track. My week seriously starts out wonderful. I do my tracking & eat on point but as the week goes on the lazier I have gotten with tracking which means slipping with my food intake. Mentally I'm just plan exhausted. I come home after 9 hrs at work & just want to drop. I know that instead I need to head to the gym, etc. I'm just so disappointed in myself! Each day needs to be a new day! ONE DAY AT A TIME!!!!! I need all the good, positive vibes peeps.

You need to look at the positive. You have tracked 80% of the time. That is much better then only tracking 20% or not at all.
ReplyDeleteRemember we didn't gain our weight over night, we have years of bad habits to undo. You are doing a little bit at a time and eventually it will all come together.
We aren't perfect and nobody is going to be on program 100% all of the time.
Be proud of what you have done this week.
