Frustration

This week has been a bit frustrating. I haven't been as dedicated to my food plan. I mean I would say I'm about 80% on track. My week seriously starts out wonderful. I do my tracking & eat on point but as the week goes on the lazier I have gotten with tracking which means slipping with my food intake. Mentally I'm just plan exhausted. I come home after 9 hrs at work & just want to drop. I know that instead I need to head to the gym, etc. I'm just so disappointed in myself! Each day needs to be a new day! ONE DAY AT A TIME!!!!! I need all the good, positive vibes peeps.

New Beginning

Today I want to start this blog to make my weight loss journey be known. I feel that if I blog hopefully I will hold myself more accountable....Wish me luck as this journey now begins
